Ice Cream for Meung Thai Variety, a Thai TV program

For this TV variety show that features interesting topics about Thailand, its traditions and people, we were invited to design an ice cream to be featured on this program. Because this TV program offer people an interesting and useful Thai topic in every field-all in one to the audience so we decide to make "Kao tom mad" ice cream. "Kao tom mad" is a healthy traditional Thai dessert made with sticky coconut rice (fat and carbohydrate), banana (vitamin), and black beans (protein) which are the useful basic organic substance that human needs - all in one dessert (same as the concept of this TV program), neatly wrapped together in a banana leaf. The ice cream tastes and looks exactly like the dessert, presented also in a banana leaf.
